Semi-dry concrete, vibrator and inner mold are used to produce vertical pipes. The machine vibrator has external centered units inside. These blocks, rotating at a high frequency, create vibration, causing this force to pass first into the concrete and then into the inner mold. These machines have 3 or 4 external centered units with a common characteristic. The vibration force is formed by the rotation of the blocks, and their axes are perpendicular to the pipe. This method is designed to reduce internal friction and adhesion to concrete.
At the same time, the machine works with high compression to create pipe strength. Concrete pipes are formed by compression and vibration force when concrete is added at the production stage. Hydraulic compression force with vibration force creates a connecting plate in the top surface of the pipes. This gives a high density, durability and dimensional accuracy of the upper surface of the concrete pipe.
Production of molds for concrete pipes takes place at the Conmach Factory Manufacturing plant. Our team works with great dedication. After the production of concrete pipes, molds are not allowed to be removed vertically. Concrete details that precede the setting of the machine, can cause deformation of the molds. The upper parts of the pipes suffer the most from this. In the production of concrete pipes, it is used as the protection of steel and fiberglass cap to prevent deformation
